Born in the city of Leon, Guanajuato. From family dedicated to food, the chef Emilio as he is known in the kitchen of this company. He began to engage professionally in 2000, working from dishwashing, kitchen helper, cook, kitchen manager, going through all the posts in a kitchen up to develop professionally as Executive Chef Rancher Grill Restaurant. His experience has led him to work at big companies like poliforum Leon, Restaurants Liverpool, Club Campestre de Leon, plus international hotels such as Hotel Oasis Cancun Resort.
Early in his career, Chef learned that the combination of theory and practice and constant learning seed knowledge and allows the creation of a successful dish in which the most important is customer satisfaction.
